Water bills are sent out quarterly: Jan, April, July, Oct.
CID tax bills are sent out early May for (Jan-Dec).
TNRD Building Inspector is in the office Tuesday and Thursday’s 11:00-12:00.

Payments accepted by cash, cheque, money order, debit, visa, mastercard, or amex.
Cheques are not accepted for payment of fines or day permits
Motor Vehicle
Cash or cheque only for: BCID / Driver’s Licenses.
Cash only for: re-instatements, vehicle impound, lien searches, oversize permits.
Driver Examiners are in Clearwater once a month. Staff do not book road tests months in advance and accommodate locals first.
Our office also handles ticket disputes and will call for drivers abstracts.
Written tests for drivers licenses can be done Mon-Friday 9:00 – 3:30
No written tests done after 3:30 p.m.
Under 19 years of age, must have parental or legal guardian sign consent form.
$15 to write the test and an additional $10 when successful.
Must produce Canadian Birth Certificate or Permanent Resident Card as well as secondary I.D. ie: S.I.N. or Care Card
